A day full of Drop-IN Drama Workshops with Tony O’Byrne, who will be running a beginner’s insight into Stanislavski’s System of acting!
The workshops will focus on: Observation, Imagination, and the Magic ‘If’; as those three elements form the best way onto the path towards truthful acting, via a series of improvised scenarios.
The workshops are particularly suited to anyone who is becoming infected by the acting bug, and who wants to arouse the curiosity further.
The workshops aim to make learning fun and will last for approximately half an hour each between 1 PM and 3 PM and 6 PM till 8 PM.
You will have the option of doing just one workshop or stay for the whole 2 hours and really get into acting!
Our pop up bar will be open in the meantime, so if you fancy a drink in between the ‘acts’ you will have the option to have one:)
This is going to be fun!
Available for over 16s.
We welcome you to a two-hour show of short performances, five or ten minutes each, showcasing the best of new writing in Chester and the surrounding area.
