Gong Fu Tea Ceremony Gong Fu is a Chinese way of making tea and it means doing something well or with skill. It is the implication that time, dedication and effort will produce the ultimate tea experience.

Although this is considered ‘ Speciality’ here, in China it is fairly routine for tea drinkers to brew this way.

I will be brewing and sharing a Wuyi Rock Oolong Tea brewed in a traditional Yixing Clay Pot and a beautiful Yin Shen (Silver Needle) white tea brewed in a Gaiwan Pot.
